I recognize that people come to therapy for lots of different reasons and want different things. I understand that people face different issues and pressures and have different tolerances and resources; therefore I take a holistic approach in understanding the unique experiences and lives of my clients.
I have experience of working with many issues, including mental health difficulties, relationship struggles and other difficulties such as:

- Anger and Anger Management
- Disordered Eating
- Relationship Counselling
- Mental Health
Often clients present with one issue and others emerge in the therapy. I offer a tailored approach to therapy that looks at your needs and what is right for you. I do not offer a defined ‘recipe’ for therapy but rather work with you to obtain the best result for you.
I offer time limited therapy of between 6 and 12 sessions where the work is focused and goal orientated. And I also offer long term therapy for those who want to explore further or who may have more complex needs.
